Job Overview:
Orbe is seeking a People and Culture Executive to manage our talent strategy and culture initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for talent acquisition, growth, and retention, and identifying skill gaps among employees to initiate training for the team.You will also be responsible for creating a positive work environment, making the employee work report every week/month, and building a strong organizational culture for the teams to grow towards our Mission 2024.

You will make an impact by:
Manage talent acquisition, growth, and retention.
Maintain work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality work.
Identify skill gaps among employees and initiate training for the team.
Create a positive work environment and build a strong organizational culture.
Make the employee work report every week/month.

You will thrive in this role if you:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or similar.
Minimum 1-year experience as a talent acquisition specialist/HR Recruiter or similar.
Clear and concise communication and presentation skills in both verbal and written contexts.
Resourceful with good problem-solving skills.
Passionate about creating a positive work environment that supports employee growth and development.

What we can offer you:
Salary Range: 25,000 to 35,000 Taka Monthly
